We want you to be fully satisfied with your I Have OralCare purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
1.Unused or only opened for inspection
2.Original packaging, tags, and accessories remain intact
3.Brush heads must remain in sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspectionProcessing time: 3–7 business days (depending on your payment provider)
